
Dawit Moges Alemu is a distinguished CEO and health sector leader with extensive experience in healthcare management, public health, and economics. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Alemaya University and a Master’s in Economics from Ferguson College, Dawit has made significant contributions to the healthcare and economic sectors in Ethiopia. He currently serves as the CEO of Sr Aklesia Memorial General Hospital and Hema Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory, where he oversees the strategic direction and operations of the organizations, focusing on healthcare delivery and innovation.
In addition to his leadership roles in healthcare, Dawit is deeply involved in employer and organizational leadership. He has served as the Secretary General of the Confederation of IGAD Employers, the President of the Ethiopian Employers’ Federation, and the Vice President of the Addis Abeba Private Health Sector Facility Employers Association.
