Dr. Abdella Usman is a distinguished leader in international development, humanitarian work, and peacebuilding, with extensive experience in holistic, integrative development programs. He holds a Ph.D. in International Development and Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, emphasizing sustainable development and transformational leadership. Dr. Abdella has dedicated his life to advocating for the poor, resolving tribal conflicts, and addressing social disintegration, which he identifies as critical threats to community development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Abdella has demonstrated a passion for empowering the next generation. In the 1990s, he facilitated the education of over 250 war and famine-affected children, many of whom have since become successful professionals. As a missionary, he has been instrumental in training emerging leaders, making disciples, and planting churches to expand the Kingdom of God.
